If the customer accepts the quote, you can simply covert it to an order and it will move all related information to a new order automatically. From creating the original document to the final step of printing we have pdf's ready to go for it all.
INVOICE Documents - Once an order is completed, just hit the INVOICE button and a PDF will be created with your companies and customers information. At the same time an email is sent to the customer with the same pdf file attached as well as the email of the POS System Admin. This same pdf file can be accessed by the customer (as a pdf) in the EspaceClient Customer Orders Section at any given time.
QUOTE Documents - Once a quote is created and the SAVED button is used, a PDF will be sent out to the attached customers email, a second email of choice(entered by the person who created the quote). This same pdf file can be accessed by the customer (as a pdf) in the EspaceClient Customer Quote's Section at any given time.
STORAGE Documents - More? Ok, lets create a storage document using the Storage Form. Once completed, the pdf will appear right under the form ready to be downloaded and printed. This same pdf file can be accessed by the customer (as a pdf) in the EspaceClient Customer Storage Section at any given time.

Garage POS now offers a complete Vehicle Section where you as the Employee, Shop Manager or even Owner can add, remove, edit and attach vehicles to your customers accounts. 1, 2 or even 10...the limits are up to you. This is a neat feature and can have various advantages. For Ex: One of the Vans in a a customers Fleet has a new license plate and you need to make new bill for it. The plate matters and is important in this type of work. To avoid any errors the customer can log into their EspaceClient account and make this change with out ever having taking any extra of yours or your workers time ! This and the Identification of road vehicles needing work is a must. The Vehicle section allows for all this and to keep a neat portfolio of that specific vehicle and you can add a picture of the vehicle as well. It's a game changer.

This Storage Manager also helps with messaging inside the storage section. You can send NOTES to customers about their stored tires and keep them in the loop with the Tire Manager Notifications.
